Ink and media direct.com grew out of an idea and the establishment in 2009 of Ink and Media ltd and was brought to fruition by Gareth Winders along with his father Terry, the duo boast a wealth of experience in the print business.
This exciting and dynamic new company had brought a fresh energy to the digital print market. Ink and Media supplied digital printers with all their requirements for wide, large and grand format machines.
However based on the experience gained in Ink and Media Ltd it was recognised very quickly, that in such an fast and ever changing market there was a requirement for a complete new approach to the Irish market, for new products, ranges and a top level of customer service that seems have been missing in our industry for a number of years! Our experience has shown that the Irish market suffered for a lack of consistency in the supply of materials. Consistency of quality, with a continuity of supply. Many times we have heard the horror stories of printers starting a job but subsequent rolls of material being supplied were of a completely different quality so that the job had to be scrapped and completely restarted.
We at Ink and Media direct.com have made a strategic decision that we would only offer the very best ranges from the best benchmarked manufacturer in each product division. So in pvc we only deal with Soyang Europe, Vinyl materials and laminates are supplied by our Portuguese partners Digi Delta.
So our customers will only get the very best quality materials with guaranteed consistency every time they order.
Our other intention is to get the products to the end user "you the printer" as quickly as possible. How we achieved this is "our suppliers became our partners" and have placed the full range of their products on the floor "on consignment" in our warehouse. Then when our customers place order their PVC banner or their Vinyl they will receive within 24 hours at Manufacturers prices.
